Hello everyone
Yes i know it's been a reeeally long time. sorry. lol well so much has happened since the last time i talked to you! Well me and Sam both failed the RC audition but did Awesome at the Stiletto audition, we both got our picture taken, which is a really good thing. :)
Emily visited for the weekend then Teanna stayed the rest of the week, while Teanna was here everyone came to Tagine to visit me, it was so fun to bartend for a huge group of my friends. :) Also I saw my first Broadway show, Hair. It was so awesome I loved it!!! Makes me wanna be on Broadway SOOO bad!
After Teanna left Will's sister came to visit him for the weekend. Then right when she left Kravy came for her Spring Break. We had an awesome week. We showed her one of our favorite spots to eat, Tropical Sensation, Walked around times sq for a while, she came to my work, chilled in Central Park, and went to the NBC studios. While Kravy was in town my parents came for a day, and met me at my restaurant. Toni and Hamid (my bosses) were so nice they gave us all a HUGE meal and we shared a hookah at the end. It was so weird to smoke hookah with my parents but so much fun, it was great to see them too, i really do miss them, then they left on their way to Russia!!!
As soon as Kravy left my friend Jaymez came to visit he was coming up here to Audition for the touring company of Cats. So me and Sam joined him at that Audition. It went pretty well...Sam got a singing call back, but Jaymez went the the singer aud the day before. But sam kinda failed the call back. :\ oh well. :) So yeah Jaymez and Sam came to visit me at work and we made the best of his short visit.
So finally i'm done with visitors for a little bit. lol But Emily is coming back in town today actually but not to visit me just to go out for her friends bday but i hope i will get to see her.

Will moved out earlier this month. It was so sad!!! :( i cried a little. lol but i dno we just had sooo much fun together, and he was such an Awesome roommate. But he got like the BEST job offer EVER back at Busch he's Male singer park swing. So that means he gets to learn every show and fill in for ppl....thats freaking awesome!! lol so good for him, he'll still come visit, and i'll come and visit when i can. :) ps i think I'm not gonna come visit va until the In His Steps Spring show which is May 17th at 7pm! BE THER! lol
I've been trying to organize that as much as i can from being here and everything.

So now it's just me and Sam together, and she's awesome! I love her so much. I like coming home after my show and chilling with her on the couch, we catch up and everything. Right now she's waitressing at a Champagne Lounge and working with a few catering companies. :)

So right now I'm doing great, pretty much just REALLY busy with my show and working as much as i can. I have shows every Thursday-Sunday and also google bought a monday show and we have shows for friends this mon and tues. so I really only have been able to work 2ish days a week. I mean I'm fine with it but i's gotta make some money! lol But no, I'm really doing fine! :) Work is going great. I'm a beast bartender now. lol 've worked by myself a few times, which i like cuz then i get all the tips!! :D WOO!
The play is awesome, its hilarious. The acting in it is incredible, and our choreography is awesome!! the only thing i dont like is our dance costumes blah they just show our tummies, dont like that. blah oh well...but the shows awesome!!! I love seeing MJ everyday! :D look our for pictures on FB!! :D

I prolly have forgotten a lot of stuff, but just stalk me on FB and you'll be updated!! lol

So I've been doing good....last week I worked a TON, but this week its a lot more chill cuz rehearsals are starting to get more intense. So this week I have rehearsals every night for about 3 hours instead of work for 12/14. Which is very nice. Rehearsals have been going great...MJs having fun too. During the week we're rehearsing our acting parts, MJ is the nurse and a logjammer and an audience member, I'm a logjammer, "arm candy", and an audience member....we really dont have too do much but its really cool to be doing other stuff, not just dancing. :) I also get to hang out with my roomies a lot more this week cuz I dont have to work...its so nice! lol its like I live with these ppl and I get to see them?! WOAH what a thought! lol so yeah I miss them a lot, we went out to dinner together last night I think for the first time as just us roommates.
This Thursday I'm auditioning for Royal Caribbean's Hairspray show. They have 2 ships that have a full length performance of Hairspray, so yeah. Will auditioned today, he didn't make it, but its SOOO much harder for the singers cuz they audition for specific parts, so that means they are only looking for TWO people for the part he's auditioning for in the World!! So yeah I think its a lot harder, as a dancer I think it might be easier cuz we'd just be part of the Chorus/Company. :)
There's also an audition for Stiletto on Thurs and Friday, if I can make it to the one on Thurs after the RC one I want to do that, b/c my friend Cemily is coming to visit me on Friday!!! :D and Teanna is coming to visit Sam on Saturday! (I was in Monster Stomp w/ Teanna) So yeah I'm really excited about this weekend, and seeing my friends and stuff. :)
I absolutely LOVE my life here every day I wake up and thank God for the direction my life is going, its Perfect here. I love NY SOOO MUCH!! k anyways...

Hey everyone!! I just wanted to tell you about my first rehearsal today!! :D It went SOOo well!! :) The ppl i work with are so much fun and VERY talented!! We started the first dance which has a bowling theme...lol It's me one other girl, and a guy and thats it. I get a few special parts....the choreography is very fun. :) MJ is in the show with me!!!! They needed more dancers so I recommended her and she auditioned and made it! :) I'm really excited!! It's going to be a lot of fun....I get a short comedy bit with one of the other dancers and an actor...its really funny...i'm playing a really bad actor. :) it's great! So yeah tomorrow/today is valentines day and i have to work :/ which really sucks. Cuz they're anticipating it to be very busy but its prolly not gonna be and ALL the servers are working, so we wont get very much money. :\ oh well...it'll be fun, i guess. Cemily and Starr may come visit at the end of the month....i'm really excited...but Starr will be with her school choir so I'll only get to see her for a bit....but yayy!! I miss all my friends SO much!!

hi everyone! :D I've just been chillin...nothing too exciting working some, Sam is all moved in, and we are having a blast together! I love my roommates! We get along so well! we watched the superbowl on Sunday, and I went grocery shopping and did laundry on Monday, Tuesday I worked, and today was supposed to be my first rehearsal for 2 Gentlemen of Lebowski, but it started snowing like crazy this morning so it got canceled. :( i was really disappointed, I thought NY was supposed to be beast, not like VA. lol oh well...i got a day off and chilled with Will and Sam, we went to a pizza place. We tried to install our wireless router but failed...we tried like everything...called everyone in the world but nothing was working, so we're sending the router we got back, and getting a new company. Cuz it was just ridiculous! lol I'm not sure if I have to work tomorrow or not, but if not I think I'm going to go to Tagine anyways cuz they're having a fire twirling belly dancer! I met her yesterday she's gorgeous!! and really nice!! So yeah that should be fun. :) My next rehearsal is going to be Saturday...so I'm really excited about that. MJ is going to audition for the same show tomorrow, cuz they needed more dancers and I referred her to them, so they asked her to come in!! :) I'm really excited...we'll see how it goes! Will and Sam have a few interviews coming up for some jobs...and we're all taking dance classes and everything. So yeah I'm extremely happy! I love my life and everything thats going on here in NY! :D I'll do this a little more often, but nothing too much is going on! so yeah!! Love you ALL!

Hey everyone!!
Sorry its been a little while just been SOOO busy!! This weekend was CRAZY!! well Friday Starr came in town and i picked her up in the morning...and we spent all day trying to get to the east side for her to visit marymount college! lol it was a fun adventure. we kept failing! but oh well....Then we walked around Times Sq a little, then starr went to stay with MJ for the night. Them me and Will went back home to get ready to go out for his bday, kayley came over to meet us and we tried to find a good karaoke place we could go to. He didn't know what we were planning, so we found a place and surprised him! it was really fun! :D we ate food and sang songs a chilled it was really nice. Saturday I had an audition for Two Gentlemen of Lebowski. The audition went perfectly i knew I had it. and the dance was SOOO much fun! :) also Samantha moved in on saturday...well she brought all her stuff. lol she had SOOOOO much stuff!! it took her 2 days to move in. She was pretty stressed and tired saturday night we told her to go sleep with her family in a hotel and not to bother with anything that night....but MJ, Alan, Starr, Will and I were just chillin in the apt so we put the couch together ourselves! :D it was really fun. Sunday Starr, MJ and I went to a ballet class, it was sooo good! :D i really needed it and want to go again. Then i had to work. It was pretty busy for a little while and then it died down and i got out by 12:30 which was really nice, starr came for the last hour or so and hung out with me, and then went home with me....I brought her to the train station this morning, and went to work. Will and Sam came and visited me at work, it was really nice, it was Monday so it was really slow, and one of the guys at the bar found out Will was a singer and Will sang a couple songs for him! :D Samantha is all moved in...she has a QUEEN sized bed!! so you cant really move in her room...its kinda silly....but she likes it so its all good!! Sam's going to sign the lease tomorrow and we pay our Feb rent woo!! I had to set up an account with the company that handles our utilities today.

So about the show I'm doing...I got the call Sunday night that I got the job! :) Its pretty much "What if Shakespeare wrote the Big Lebowski" and I guess it's going to be HUGE like all the shows are already sold out, and ppl are flying in from sweeden to come see. I think there are only 4 other dancers w/ me...but i could be totally wrong...but if so, thats awesome!:D I dont really know too much info about it....but Rehearsals start next week and we have shows every Thursday-Sunday March 18-April 4th I think. BUT....today I found out that I miss read the audition form and I'm not getting paid for it. :( blah that really sucks because I don't know how much I will be able to work at Tagine. But we will see, it is definitely a good opportunity and will open doors for me, so I think I'm still going to do it. :)

So everythings been going good....Pretty much just chilling, and working. My hours at work are so crazy, its really hard right now cuz I don't have a schedule yet. But once that gets all organized it will be good. :) Last night Kayley came over and we dressed up and danced and took pictures and stuff....I love our apartment!! :D It was so much fun!!! Will's birthday is Friday I'm going to take him out and stuff....I have to plan the whole day for him, which is kinda stressful. lol but thats my birthday present for him. :) Starr is also coming to visit on Friday, she will stay with MJ Friday night and then Saturday we will all hang out, prolly take a dance class or something. I have an audition on Saturday for a performance of Two Gentlemen of Lebowski. I really have no idea what that is, and havn't met anyone who does. lol I tried to research it but I couldn't really find anything. It's by Shakespeare. But the audition is just for dancers which is nice, cuz it's really hard to find only dance auditions, most of them you have to sing too. :\ I don't like singing at auditions. I don't know if I'm working tonight. but I am Thursday and Sunday night. :) Yayy!!

So....
My second day of work was pretty intense. A lot going on. I really still don't know what I'm doing, so I would run around and ask people if they needed anything, cuz I'm real good at remembering stuff like that. :) but early in the night around 10pm I went out with one of the owners to go "hand out fliers" but we just ended up meeting up with a couple old friends of his, hung out for an hour and brought them back to Tagine. lol It was a waste of time, but a nice break for me, I'm not complaining! :) I ended up staying there until 6am! UGH people don't like to leave. But I'm getting the hang of things, so today should be better at work. I went over to MJs but just ended up passing out, but it was good to see her. :) In the afternoon I came back home, and me and Will chilled all night and watched Smallville, looked up auditions, sang, and danced around. It was really fun.
now Today has NOT been a good day :\ but its ok. I woke up around 9am, and got all ready for my audition for a tap company, which was at 12, I wanted to give myself plenty of time, cuz I needed to go to Kinkos to make copies of my headshot and resume. BUT...its Sunday and all the Kinkos are CLOSED!! AAHHH I was running around for like 2 hours trying to find them. and its a disgusting cold rainy day, so that didn't help. Finally I just decided to go to the audition without them, I got there abour 15 min early, which ended up being ok. The audition was really fun, the guy running it was really cool, very chill. But halfway through the audition my tap decides to fall off! lol its hanging on by one screw and spinning around the bottom of my shoe...I tried to ignore it as much as I could, but finally I had to take it off. But anyways, the audition wasn't hard, I don't think I was really on my game tho, cuz of my rough morning, and my tap distracting me. I got cut. But its all good, I'm back home now, going to take a nap before work at 4:30. :)
Tomorrow I think I'm going to do laundry and take another dance class maybe! :)
